Which machine should I choose? 20W, 40W, or 60W?

The choice depends on your specific needs: 

• 60W offers the highest power and is ideal for cutting needs. If you have high cutting demands, we recommend the 60W machine.

• 20W is more suitable for precision engraving, offering fine detail work.

• 40W offers a balance between cutting and engraving, providing a compromise between power and fine detail.

What materials are supported by the machine?

Our machines support over 300 materials, including:
• Engraving & Cutting: Wood, Opaque Acrylic, Leather, Cardboard, Paper, Delrin, Cork, and more.
• Engraving Only: Slate, Titanium, Aluminum, Marble, Ceramic, and more. 

What is the working area and maximum material thickness?

Working Area

• 20W & 40W: 24,0 × 18,3 in (610 × 465 mm)

• 60W: 23,4 × 17,9 in (595 × 455 mm)

Max Material Thickness

• 0,1–25 mm (Slats Mode): Cutting & engraving. Recommended for precise cutting work.

• 20–50 mm (Flat Base Mode): Engraving & marking only. Recommended for thicker or uneven materials.

I'm a newbie, can I use your products?

Absolutely! The Aliencell X1 machine is designed to help both beginners and experts with its innovative features:

• No manual calibration required with the dual 8MP cameras and cross laser for precise material alignment.

• User-friendly touchscreen with one-click self-check, 10 flame sensors, and real-time air quality detection to ensure safe and smooth operation. 

How large of a table do I need for machine setup?

• Machine Dimensions: 35,6 × 31,0 in (903 × 787 mm)
• Net Weight: 65,0 lbs (29,5 kg)
To accommodate the machine, exhaust fan, and air pump, we recommend reserving at least a 38 x 35 inches space, with 40 x 35 inches being ideal for better setup.

What is the lifespan of the laser module?

Laser module lifespan: Up to 10.000 hours.

Is the X1 rotary attachment available for pre-order?

What is your warranty service?

Can I pay in installments?

Is VAT included in the price, and do I need to pay extra VAT?

Yes, all prices on our European store already include VAT, so no additional VAT is required. Orders are shipped directly from our German warehouse straight to your address.
